No, we are a cash-pay practice. However, we do accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, FSA/HSA cards, and major credit cards (a 4% fee applies for credit card transactions). We can provide itemized receipts upon request if you'd like to submit for reimbursement through your insurance or HSA/FSA provider.

Generally, you qualify if you have: A BMI of 30 or higher, or A BMI of 27 or higher with a weight-related health condition (such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, etc.) In some cases, exceptions may be made depending on your health history and provider evaluation.

Yes! For GLP-1/GIP medications (like Wegovy®, Ozempic®, Zepbound®, Mounjaro®) we will complete with the proper documentation for $75.

Novalio Weight and Wellness LLC has a strict no show policy. If you do not show up or provide 24 hours notice to reschedule, you will be charged a $50 non-refundable fee. This is out of respect for your time, our time, and the time of all the patients we serve. By adhering to this strict no-show policy, we will be able to provide quality service to every patient.
